Order Processing

All orders placed on our website are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order and an estimated shipping date.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery through our carrier’s website. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
 

Shipping Restrictions

 We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations. If your shipping address falls into one of these categories, we will contact you to arrange an alternative shipping method or address.
 

Lost or Damaged Packages

 Oxilook is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, if your package does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@oxilook.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
 

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. Oxilook is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize that you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at info@oxilook.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped.
 

Delayed Deliveries
